Certified Traditional Naturopath
I completed my Certified Traditional Naturopath training in September of 2021. As a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, I work with magnets to release the trapped emotions that are negatively affecting my clients, both physically and emotionally. Since completing my Level II Holistic Stress Management Practitioner training in 2019, I have worked with individuals and groups to educate others on the nature of stress and what can be done to minimize its effects. As an Energy Practitioner, I am nearly finished with my certification in the Eden Energy Method. Lastly, I am trained to administer NeurOptimal Neurofeedback sessions for non-linear brain training. I strive to help my clients achieve wellness of the mind, body, heart, and soul.

The Emotion Code is an energy healing technique designed to help users identify and literally release Trapped Emotions - which we believe are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. We believe this can cause acute discomfort and potential disease. Releasing Trapped Emotions can create the proper conditions for the body to heal - so that physical and emotional difficulties may disappear or become much more mangeable.

Instead of providing specific "direction", Dynamical Neurofeedback is designed to take advantage of the brain's natural learning processes by encouraging it to function as originally designed. In addition, we can develop strategies which help us deal effectively with the stress we are unable to eliminate entirely. By developing strategies for limiting stress and practices for managing its effects, we can improve our mental, emotional, and physical health.
